1. Free Trial Policy

We encourage all users to start with our free trial before subscribing to ensure our tools meet your needs. Our free trial provides:

  • Access to all add-in functionality
  • Processing up to 1,000 rows per add-in
  • No time limitations
  • No payment information required

The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must actively choose to subscribe to continue using premium features.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 New Subscriptions

We offer refunds for new subscriptions within 7 days of the initial purchase date if:

  • You have used the service for fewer than 1,000 row operations total
  • No significant data processing has occurred
  • The request is made within the 7-day window
  • You have a valid reason for the refund request

2.2 Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally not eligible for refunds since users have already tested the service through either the free trial or previous subscription periods.

2.3 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered outside the standard policy in cases of:

  • Technical issues preventing service use

  • Service disruptions lasting more than 48 hours

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
